This notice explains the information collected through pantheracity.com and how to contact Panthera City Football Club about it. Parents and guardians should submit enquiries and registration information on behalf of children.
Enquiries and trial requests
Our forms collect the contact name, WhatsApp number, enquiry details and any player information you choose to provide. Submitted forms are stored on this website so the club can respond, arrange a suitable training session and follow up on your request. Please avoid including identity documents or detailed medical information in a general enquiry.
Player accounts and reports
Player Hub stores account and player profile information, attendance and coach assessments. Published reports are available through the relevant player account. Authorised club administrators and assigned coaches manage these records. Parents using a child’s account should keep its username and password private.
Merchandise enquiries
Shopping features use cookies to maintain your basket. Where an order or enquiry continues through WhatsApp, the information you send is processed through WhatsApp as well as by the club. Confirm the product, size, price and delivery or collection arrangements with the club before payment.
Website services and external links
The website uses WordPress and hosting services to store and deliver its content. Login, security and shopping features may use cookies and technical information such as IP addresses. Gallery photos and videos may load from Google Drive. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and social media take you to services with their own privacy practices. Opening those services may share technical information with their providers.
Your information and photo enquiries
To ask what information the club holds about you or your child, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about a published photo, contact Panthera City FC through our contact page or WhatsApp at +60 13-282 2100. Include enough detail to identify the record or image, but do not send your password. The club may need to verify your relationship to a player before discussing their records. You may also ask the club about the retention period applying to your records.
